1 Cup sugar3 eggs 2/3 cups pumpkin pulp 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3/4 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpin pie spice 8 oz. cream cheese 2 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin and lemon juice until blended. Add flour, salt, baking powder and spices. Bake in greased 15 1/2 x 10 pan at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. After taking pan out of oven turn it upside down onto a powdered sugar covered tea towel and roll. Let cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Once the bread part is cooled, unroll it and spread filling onto it. Roll back up.
