Yield:
10 servings, approximately 1/3 cup each
Ingredients:
1/2 pound peeled cooked shrimp, chopped1 1/2 cups chunky salsa
4 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients
2. Refrigerate covered at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.
