Smothered Hamburger Steak

4 servings, 1 patty + approximately 1 cup gravy ea
1 pound 93% fat-free ground beef3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
Butter-flavored cooking spray
1 large sweet onion, sliced, rings separated
8 ounces sliced mushrooms,
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 jar (12 ounces) savory beef gravy (l g fat per 1/4 cup)
1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Press beef into 4 patties. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Grill 4 to 6 inches above coals until no longer pink in center.
2. Meanwhile, spray a large skillet with butter?flavored cooking spray. Saute onion until rings just start to turn clear. Add mushrooms and garlic. Sautd 3 to 4 more minutes or until mushrooms are soft. Add gravy and continue to cook until heated throughout.
3. To serve, place a cooked patty on a plate. Top with gravy mixture.
