Spicy Beef Dip

Appetizers-Side Dish
12 servings, 1/4 cup each
1 lb. 96% fat-free ground beef
1/2 C. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 C. catsup
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
In a large skillet brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain, rinse and return to pan. Add tomato sauce, catsup, sugar and oregano. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheeses until melted and well blended. Serve warm with baked chips.
