Ingredients:
Salad:
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and dried, torn into smaller pieces
1 can (14 oz.) bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing:
3/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. vinegar
1/4 C. vegetable oil
1/3 C. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Salad Directions:

Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with chilled dressing.

Dressing Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients well. Chill before serving
