- 16 oz. butter, softened4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
8 ounces freshly grated Asiago cheese
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Form into a log and wrap in waxed paper. Chill until firm and then slice. Serve with slices of Asiago bread.
