Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients:

3 lb. Sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed1/3 C. butter
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 egg
1/2 C. milk
2 frozen pie crusts

Directions:

Mix the above ingredients until smooth. Fill frozen pie shells. Bake @ 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes until crusts are brown.
