Ingredients:
Taco meat

1-2 lbs of hamburger
4 Tablespoons of cumin
1 Tablespoon of chili powder
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 white onion
1 teaspoon of minced garlic

Colby-jack shredded cheese,
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
diced purple onions
sour cream
homemade salsa
small flour tortillas
bite size chips

Directions:
Saute meat and when all meat has turned brown add the spices along with 1/4 cup of water and simmer until spices are incorporated. Let kids pick and choose toppings... it's all fresh and healthy.. and even the picky eaters will learn to choose more adult choices (onion, tomatoes, etc).
