1 lb ground beef2 Tbls. minced onion 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 or 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 15 to 20 tator tots
Brown meat in skillet; add onion and cook 1 minute. In casserole dish, put half the meat mixture; then cream of chicken or mushroom soup; then remaining meat mixture; then cheddar cheese soup. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover with tator tots. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
