6 eggs3 c sugar 2 quarts heavy cream 1 quart milk 1 Tbl vanilla extract 1 pint fresh strawberries (sliced) 1/2 cup Chambord liquor
In small sauce pan, add strawberries and chambord; simmer for 10 minutes or until the liquid reduces by about half. In mixer, add eggs and whip until fluffy. Add sugar and stir well. Add cream, milk, and vanilla while whisking. Add the strawberry mixture and stir well. Pour batter into ice cream machine, add ice and rock salt; let run for about 40 minutes.
