- ¼ c. light mayonnaise¼ c. reduced-fat sour cream
¼ c. seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 pts. Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 seedless English cucumber, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream vinegar and lime juice.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently to mix well and coat evenly. Cover and chill until serving time. Enjoy!
Note: If Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar is not available at your grocery store, use Seasoned Rice Vinegar.
