1 box (1.4 ounces) sugar-free white chocolate instant pudding mix1 1/2 cups fat-free milk 1/4 teaspoon almond extract 1 cup light whipped topping 1 cup chopped raspberries (may use partially-thawed frozen berries) 1 tablespoon sugar substitute (made from sucralose and maltodextrin) 1 tablespoon almond slices 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Whisk together pudding mix, milk and almond extract in a large mixing bowl. Gently fold in light whipped topping. Place in refrigerator to set. 2. Reserve 4 berries for garnish; coarsely chop remaining fruit. Toss with sugar substitute. 3. Place 1/4 cup pudding in each of 4 dessert glasses. Top with 1/4 cup chopped berries and another 1/4 cup pudding. Garnish with remaining berries, almonds and chocolate chips. Chill until ready to serve.
