1 (6 oz) box Uncle Ben Long Grain & Wild Rice 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Beef consommé 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French Onion Soup 1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium-size baking dish, combine rice and seasonings, soups, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. Using one of the opened soup cans, add one additional can of water to the mixture. Stir until combined. Cook uncovered for approximately one hour or until rice is tender. Serve hot.
