2 mangos, large (ripe)2 large bananas, sliced 1 cup nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 Tablespoons protein powder 2 cups grapefruit juice
Peel mangoes over a bowl to catch the juices. Then use a paring knife to slice away the flesh from the stone. Transfer half to a blender. Add half of the bananas, 1 cup juice, 1/2 cup frozen yogurt, 1/8 tsp nutmeg and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
