4 burrito-size tortillas (low-fat flour tortillas) 1 can no fat refried beans 8 oz. (1/2 pound sliced turkey breast) 2 medium Roma tomatoes 8 T. non-fat sour cream (Land O'Lakes) alfalfa sprouts fresh spinach leaves 4 T. black olives, sliced
Heat refried beans in microwave. Divide evenly and spread over the tortilla. Add 2 T. non-fat sour cream on top of the beans. Top with sliced Roma tomatoes, sprouts, and fresh spinach leaves. Divide turkey breast and add 2 oz. To each burrito. Top with sliced black olives. Fold up the bottom of the tortilla and roll into burrito. Optional: Heat in microwave for 1 minute/burrito.
