1. In a large nonmetallic mixing bowl mash peeled avocado. Blend in ricotta cheese; lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt and chili powder until smooth. 2. Stir in onion, cilantro, tomato and jalapeño. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
