1 lb ground beef 1 lb ground pork 2 medium onions, chopped 1 large bell pepper, chopped 3 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped or 2 c diced tomatoes, undrained 1/2 c corn 1/2 c golden raisins 1/2 c burgundy wine 1/4 c pimento-stuffed olives, chopped 1/4 c white vinegar 1 Tbsp capers 1 Tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp ground pepper cooked rice 1 Tbsp cap
Brown beef and pork, stirring until it crumbles. Drain well. Sauté onion and bell pepper in a little olive oil. Place these cooked ingredients into a dutch oven and add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for one hour. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked rice.
