1 box (1 oz.) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix1 ½ C. fat-free milk ¼ tsp. almond extract 1 C. light whipped topping 1 C. raspberries or strawberries, chopped or partially-thawed frozen berries 1 T. sugar or equivalent substitute 1 T. almond slivers
In a large mixing bowl, using a wire whisk combine pudding mix, milk and almond extract. Gently fold in light whipped topping. Place in refrigerator to set. Reserving 4 berries, coarsely chop remaining berries. Add sugar and combine. Place ¼ cup pudding mixture into each of 4 dessert glasses. Add ¼ of the chopped berries to each glass, and top with ¼ cup of pudding mixture. Garnish with remaining berries and almonds. Chill until ready to serve.
