Armed Robbery Suspect Leaves Empty-Handed

Tulsa Police are looking for a man who attempted to rob a downtown credit union at gunpoint Monday morning.  Police tell the News On 6, the Tulsa Postal and Community Federal Credit Union was held up by a lone male suspect just after it opened Monday.

Police say the robbery suspect fled the credit union in the 1400 block of South Denver on foot after failing to get anything. 

Tulsa Police say the suspect is described as a man in his early 20's, wearing a blue hooded sweat shirt, jeans and a stocking cap.  Police say he was about 5-feet, 7 inches tall and weighed about 135 pounds.

No one was hurt in the robbery.
