Tulsa firefighters were called to the scene of a house fire in the 4500 block of East Zion.

There was a disabled man inside the home when firefighters arrived, but they were able to get him out safely.

Firefighters say the fire started in the back bedroom, but quickly spread throughout the house.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
