A driver is behind bars Friday morning after his truck off the road.

It happaned about 2:30 AM Friday on the ramp to I-44 from 193rd East Avenue. Tulsa Police say the truck ended up going into a spillway near the Cherokee Casino.

The driver was unhurt and went to the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of driving under the influence.
