TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Tulsa County prosecutors say charges are not expected until next week against a 28-year-old man accused of killing a 10-year-old Tulsa girl.

Prosecutors say the police investigation and related paperwork in the murder of Elizabeth Wagoner is expected to be completed Friday.

Tulsa Police have arrested Daniel Johnson on first-degree murder, rape and kidnapping complaints.

Wagoner's body was found Tuesday evening by a man who saw someone dump a bundle behind an east Tulsa strip mall.

Johnson was arrested Wednesday at his home less than two blocks from where the girl lived after his fingerprints were found on duct tape used to tie up the girl.
