GROVE, Okla. (AP) -- A grand jury is looking into allegations of wrongdoing by city officials in Grove.

Grove City Manager Bill Galletly is accused of embezzlement, conspiracy and violating the state's Open Meetings Act and the city's bidding ordinance.

City Mayor Carolyn Nuckolls and Council member Dave Helms are being investigated for conspiracy.

The grand jury convened at the Delaware County Courthouse in Jay.
