BRISTOW, Okla. (AP) -- A former district judge accused of indecent exposure is on track to go on trial in June.

The June date comes after a motion requesting dismissal of some of the charges against him was denied.

Comanche County District Judge-C-Allen McCall was appointed to the case. He ruled Thursday that the state had met its burden in the preliminary hearing for Donald Thompson.

McCall says he intends jury selection to begin June 12.

Besides four indecent exposure counts, Thompson is also charged with a misdemeanor count of misuse of a state computer.

Prosecutors allege the charge stems from pornographic photos of Thompson and a female business partner found on the judge's state computer.
