Crash Kills Stigler Man

STIGLER, Okla. (AP) _ A 32 year-old Stigler man is dead after his pickup truck slides off a Haskell County road and slams into a tree.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Kenneth Horn was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash about 11pm Friday night.

The patrol says Horn was westbound on a county road towing a utility trailer when he lost control of the pickup, slid off the road and hit a tree, partially ejecting him from the truck.

A passenger in the truck -- 27-year-old Racheal Ruttrell of Stigler -- was treated and released from a local hospital.
