OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) An Oklahoma County jury convicts a man of first-degree murder in a shooting death at a convenience store.

The panel found 22-year-old Qualon Eugene Hawkins guilty yesterday and recommended that he be sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. Hawkins was accused of shooting Timothy Ceasar on July 22nd.

Ceasar was seen arguing with two men before he was shot at a 7-11 store at Rockwell and Melrose. He died the next day during surgery.
