Tulsa County prosecutors have charged four teenagers in the drive-by shooting of a 4-year-old boy and his grandmother last week.

Rodney Weeden, Jordan Pennington, Prentice Hay and Arthur Walker all face charges in the June 19th shooting.

Prosecutors say the teens were shooting at a rival gang member's house in the 5600 block of North Garrison Court, when the woman and her grandson were hit.

The victims have been released from the hospital.
