Oklahoma Doctor Arrested In Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) _ An Oklahoma doctor is arrested outside the state Medical Board in Arkansas after an altercation with a state trooper.

Fifty-three-year-old Robert Kale of Muldrow showed up at the board's office with a crowd of supporters to face allegations of medical malpractice.

According to state police, Kale and his supporters were asked to move away from the building's entrance after Medical Board representatives and employees complained of intimidation.

Police say Kale approached a state trooper in a threatening manner, then refused to move from the building's entrance. He was handcuffed and taken to a patrol car, then ticketed and released.

Kale says he agreed to leave and was walking away from the trooper, but was arrested after calling the trooper an idiot.
