OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A former employee of the agency that provides workers compensation insurance for state, county and city employees is charged with fraud in an indictment unsealed in Oklahoma County District Court Friday.

Ann Seible is accused of pressuring a doctor in a workers' compensation case when she worked as claims director for CompSource Oklahoma.

Attorney General Drew Edmondson says Seible didn't like the doctor's conclusion and pressured him to withdraw an unfavorable medical report by threatening to prohibit him from any future business with CompSource.

Edmondson says Seibel's action prevented the workers' compensation court from reviewing an important piece of evidence involving a work-related death claim. He says the workers' spouse was also denied the right to present the best case possible for compensation.
