New developments concerning a traffic accident earlier this month resulted in the death of a Jenks High School football player.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has handed over their accident report to the Tulsa County District Attorney's office.

17 year old Garrett Bennett was killed in the wreck last week. Seven Jenks High School football players were in two vehicles. The original report indicated the boys were shooting paintballs at each other from their cars.

The DA will decide if any criminal charges will be filed.
