Tulsa Police Investigate An Assault On A Convenience Store Clerk

Tulsa Police are looking for a man who apparently punched a convenience store clerk.

They're reviewing security tape from the Kum and Go at 41st and Peoria.

The clerk apparently got into an altercation with the suspect. Security tape shows him escorting the suspect to the door, then the clerk falling back from a punch to the face. The suspect then left.

The clerk was taken to the hospital but will be okay.

    The City of Tulsa is in talks to land an Amazon distribution center. The sources who confirmed the talks wouldn't provide many details, other than to say it could be built near 46th Street North and Highway 169.  More than 82 acres of empty land sits along Highway 169 in East Tulsa and right next door Quiktrip is building its brand new 275 thousand square foot center.
