A construction worker died Saturday in an accident on US highway 169 in Tulsa.

Tulsa Police say the man was working on a "sheeps roller," a construction tool used to compact dirt when something went terribly wrong.

Tulsa Police Sergeant Mark Watson: "He ran over a big rock on the machine and it caused him to fall off the machine and when that happened the machine rolled over the top of him"

Police are investigating the incident as an accident and they aren't releasing the man's name until they can notify his family.
