7th-grader faces charges in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A 12-year-old Deer Creek seventh-grader faces burglary charges in Oklahoma City after a woman and her daughter said they found their underwear drawers disturbed.

A neighbor of the victims called police after seeing someone crawl through a window of their home, then come out the front door carrying several items.

Police say they found the boy at his home nearby and arrested him for second-degree burglary.

The woman and her 12-year-old daughter later told police it appears someone had gone through their underwear drawers.

The names of the boy and the victims haven't been released.
