Updated:
Pink, Okla. (AP) _ A grassfire in Pink, Oklahoma has destroyed about 125 acres east of the Oklahoma-Pottawatomie county line.

Norman Fire Department Chief Bob Bledsoe says firefighters from Pink, Norman, Noble and Bethel are working to contain the fire that started about 10:55 this morning.

Bledsoe says no one has been injured and no homes have been threatened.

State Department of Emergency Management spokeswoman Michelann Ooten says a helicopter carrying 1320 gallons of water is being used to extinguish the fire.

Ooten says another helicopter is on standby along with two Black Hawks and air tankers from the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Indian Affairs.
