An overnight fire sends people out in the cold at a Tulsa apartment complex.

The fire started around 1 AM Tuesday at the Memorial Creek Apartments near 96th and Memorial.

Investigators believe a cigarette sparked the fire. Damage was minimal. No one was hurt.
