OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Governor Brad Henry has unveiled a budget plan that devotes $256-million in growth revenue to education.

That's 81.5 percent of the $314-million in growth revenue that was certified by a state board last month.

Public schools would get an increase of $156-million and colleges would receive an $86-million increase.

The rest would go to other education programs, including the Career-Tech program.
