Oklahoman killed in Iraq remembered at Alaskan memorial service

A memorial service honoring a fallen Oklahoma airman was held Friday in Alaska.

US Air Force Tech Sergeant Jason Norton was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq on Sunday. Norton grew up in Miami, but was stationed in Alaska.

A memorial service remembering Norton was held at his base in Anchorage, Alaska. Norton leaves behind a wife and two children.

A memorial fund has been setup for Jason Norton's family. Donations may be mailed to: Jason L. Norton Memorial Account, c/o Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 196613, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6613.

Checks and money orders may be made payable to Norton's wife, Cristina Norton, ``For The Jason L. Norton Memorial Account.''
