Governor orders flags lowered to honor Coretta Scott King

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Governor Brad Henry is ordering all flags on state property be flown at half staff on the day of the funeral for civil rights leader Coretta Scott King.

King died Tuesday at an alternative medical clinic in Mexico of respiratory failure. Funeral services have not been set.

Henry calls King was an inspiration to millions and an American hero who fought for human rights and equality.
