Third person dies after Tecumseh crash

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Police say a Shawnee woman critically injured in a traffic accident in Tecumseh that killed two other people has died.

Tecumseh Police Lieutenant J.R. Kidney says 22 year-old Misty Dawn Howell died Friday at the OU Medical Center.

Pete Hargus Junior and Thomas LaValley both were pronounced dead after Thursday's crash.

All three victims were passengers in a Toyota Tercel driven by Robert Sharp of Tecumseh.

Police say the car crashed when Sharp turned in front of a pickup while making a left turn from US 177. The pickup was driven by Missy McCool, who was transported to a local hospital along with a 3 year-old child for non life-threatening injuries.

Sharp was transported to Norman Regional Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition.
