Missouri authorities arrest Delaware County murder suspect

TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ An Oklahoma man wanted in the shooting death of his brother was arrested early Thursday in south-central Missouri.

Police in St. Robert, Missouri, say Kevin Ellis of Colcord was arrested by officers responding to a report of a suspicious person in a parking lot. Police Chief Bill Mitchell says Ellis appeared drunk and incoherent and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Ellis is wanted on a first-degree murder complaint in Wednesday's shooting death of his brother, Keith Ellis, in Colcord.
