The rain early Monday morning was a factor in a collision between a semi and a car.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the car hydroplaned and crashed into an 18-wheeler. No one was hurt, but the accident did force officials to close down I-44 between Lewis and Peoria.

Crews quickly cleaned up the mess.
