OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A New York company will be Oklahoma's first provider of lottery games.
The Oklahoma Lottery Commission Tuesday selected Scientific Games Corporation to provide online lottery tickets and the scratch off tickets.
The company will get a $6-million contract to provide the games.
The Commission also approved a proposal that retail outlets that sell lottery tickets will receive a 6 percent share of sales.
The commission decided drawings for the lottery will be held at an Oklahoma City television station, but the station won't be selected until the commission's next meeting on August 29th.
