Tulsa Police investigating a double homicide

Authorities are investigating a double homicide in east Tulsa. Tulsa Police say a landlord stopped by to check one of his homes near Admiral and Garnett and the found the back door kicked-in.

He walked in and found blood and called the police. When officers arrived they found the bodies of two people, a man and a woman. Tulsa Police say both victims had been shot.

Officers are not releasing the victim’s names until they can notify next of kin.

Tulsa Police Captain Steve Bayles: "Right now investigators are investigating interviewing witness that they can find and collecting evidence on the scene."
