Muskogee Police arrest a man in connection with a fatal shooting

A Muskogee man was shot and killed after getting into an argument with another man. It happened Sunday in the 2400 block of Columbus Avenue.

Muskogee Police say 45-year-old Alfred Fennell[pictured] was arrested in connection with the shooting death of 40 year old Bryant Allen. Police say the two got into a fight prior to the shooting.

This is the sixth shooting incident in Muskogee in the last 10 days.
