Woman arrested after chase and crash with 4 year old daughter inside car

Updated:
A mother faces criminal charges after Tulsa Police say she led them on a car chase while intoxicated, with her naked, 4-year old daughter hanging out the passenger window.

Investigators say 22-year-old Danielle King appeared to be under the influence of drugs when she finally stopped by crashing her car into a pole near 21st and Yale.

Witnesses called 911 and reported the car weaving down the road with the unsecured child hanging halfway out. Tulsa Police say King was going less than five miles an hour when she suddenly sped up and crashed, slamming her daughter into the windshield.

The girl had a few cuts and bruises and her mother had a slight arm injury. Both were hospitalized.

Tulsa Police say King could be charged with driving under the influence of drugs and injury to a minor child.
