JAY, Okla. (AP) -- Former Delaware County Undersheriff Bill Stout is accused of attacking his daughter and threatening three other women.

Stout is charged in Delaware County District Court with domestic abuse, assault and battery and three counts of threatening violence. All the charges are misdemeanors.

Police in Grove say Stout grabbed his 20-year-old daughter Nicole by the throat and tried to pull her out of a car.

Nicole Stout told police her father abused her for several years by pulling her hair, throwing her down and hitting her.

Bill Stout is free on $4,000 bond.
