The state Health Department is sending out a warning to seniors across Oklahoma about the West Nile Virus.

Four people, ages 62 to 78 have died from the disease this year. That's a record. They lived in Oklahoma, Carter and Grady counties.

State Health officials want the elderly to know the risks of contracting the disease. West Nile season typically runs from July to October.

Symptoms include fever, intense headache, extreme tiredness, muscle weakness and dizziness.
