Suspect In Fatal Tulsa County Shooting Turns Himself In

A man has turned himself in after an argument turned into a deadly shooting Monday night.

Tulsa Police say Steven Jackson shot and killed Justin Roberson while they were driving on US Highway 75 near Skiatook. They say Jackson dumped Roberson's body in Osage County, and then parked the truck in a west Tulsa church parking lot.

The church employees, who found it, knew something was terribly wrong. Diana Maguffee at Contact Church: “a couple of my gentlemen came and got me and looked in the window and there was just blood everywhere. And so I called 911 and the police came out.”

Tulsa Police took custody of the truck in order to search it for evidence.

Detectives say Jackson also pointed a gun at the victim's sister after the shooting, and then talked to several people about the crime.
