An accused serial rapist made an appearance in a Tulsa County courtroom Wednesday.

Gary Graham was in court for the second part of a preliminary hearing on six new charges. He's already been ordered to stand trial on 38 counts, including rape and kidnapping.

The judge then continued the case until next month, when he will decide if the new charges should be heard by a jury. Graham's next court date is October 2nd.

Tulsa Police say DNA links Graham to several girls who were assaulted inside their homes over a 3-year period.
