Arrest made in disturbance involving Pacers

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ An arrest has been made in an incident involving several members of the Indiana Pacers outside a strip club last week.

Police say Deon Willford has been charged with felony counts of criminal recklessness, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and operating without a license. Willford allegedly was involved in a fight in which police say Pacers guard Stephen Jackson fired a gun in the air after he was slugged in the mouth and hit by a car.

Police also questioned another Indianapolis man, who was later released. Police are still looking for a possible third person who had been with the other two men at the time.

Teammates Jamaal Tinsley, Marquis Daniels and Jimmie Hunter were with Jackson during the incident.
